Terms & Cancellation

These terms apply to all bookings at Hotel

Kanha Treasure. By making a booking, you

agree to them.

Check-in and check-out

1. Check-in is from 1:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM.

2. Early check-in, late check-out and any extranights before orafter your booking are subject to availability and charged separately.

3. Please carry your booking confirmation and a valid photo ID for every adult guest.

Booking and payment

• A 25% advance is required to confirm your booking.

• The balance amount is payable at check-in.

• We accept payment by UPI or cash.

Changes, cancellation and refunds

• Booking dates can be changed if you inform us at least 48 hours before check-in, subject to availability. Changes are not possible after that.

• Bookings cannot be cancelled, and payments are non-refundable.

• If we are unable to provide the accommodation confirmed in your booking, we will offer you an equivalent alternative or a full refund.

During your stay

• Room prices are for 2 guests. Extra guests above 5 years are charged per night, and a mattress is provided. Up to 6 guests are allowed in one room.

• Please tell us about any special requirements before you arrive.

• Only the services, rates and arrangements stated in your booking confirmation are guaranteed. Verbal commitments are not binding.

• The resort has basic power backup. Uninterrupted air-conditioning during power cuts cannot be guaranteed.

Safari

• Hotel Kanha Treasure does not sell safari permits. Permits are issued only by the Madhya Pradesh Forest Department through its official website.

• Guests are responsible for reaching the national park entry gate before their safari start time.

Jurisdiction

• All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Balaghat, Madhya Pradesh.
