How safari booking works
Safari permits for Kanha Tiger Reserve are sold only by the Madhya Pradesh Forest Department, on its official website.
Hotel Kanha Treasure does not sell safari permits and is not connected with the Forest Department. We are happy to help you plan, free of charge.
When the park is open

Mukki Gate is about a 3-minute walk from our resort, so early-morning safaris are easy.

Book early, Permits sell out quickly in peak season.
Every visitor's ID details are needed to book. Carry the same original ID to the gate.
Permits are for a fixed gate and cannot be given to someone else.
Book more than one safari. It gives you a better chance of seeing a tiger.
Winter mornings in an open jeep are very cold. Bring warm clothes.
Reach the park gate before your safaru time.
